PASS IT ON is an artist-led initiative designed to expand opportunity for women building careers in reggae by turning one artist's development into a pathway others can follow.Beginning with emerging artist HEVYNN as its first case study, the project will document and develop the often-inaccessible infrastructure behind a sustainable music career--from songwriting, recording and live performance to rights ownership, royalty administration, visual assets, funding, professional networks, and music-business education.The long-term vision is to translate what is learned into practical resources, mentorship, industry access, collaborative opportunities, and an intensive artist-development model for other emerging women in reggae.
